Shipping & Returns


Shipping & Handling

Once we've processed your payment we get your order shipped out pretty fast. We ship Monday through Friday and if your order is processed before 10 am eastern time, it will go out the same day. If it's after that, then it will ship the following day.

We currently ship your order via United States Postal Service (USPS) first class mail in a padded envelope or well packaged box to ensure you item arrives in great condition!

Do you need it faster than first class (2-6 business days)? We offer FAST shipping options via FEDEX (overnight, two day, three day, etc). You have the option of adding these premium shipping options to your order during checkout.

International orders can be tricky sometimes due to varying customs regulations and duties/taxes. We aim to please, however, so if you're placing an order and you plan to ship it to an international address touch base with us first so we can make sure that we can get it out for you in a way that doesn't break the bank. Returns

To return your purchase(s), make sure items are in their original condition and send them back within 30 days of your purchase. Sorry, there are no returns or exchanges on used items unless there is a defect as a result of the manufacturing process or damage in shipment. Purchases may not be returned to any stores (we don't operate any).

If you would like to exchange your unused item(s) for something else, we'll apply a credit towards the new item(s) at their current price (as listed on this site). A previously used promotion code (if any) cannot be applied to the exchange for a different item.

Making a Return or Exchange

It's easy to send us your return or exchange. Just follow the steps below.

First thing to do is to contact us to get an RMA number. You can do this by contacting us at sales@sonfishgear.com. This number will be how we associate your item with you and get you your replacement or refund.

  • Repack the merchandise in the original packaging or a similar sturdy box or padded envelope (as appropriate).
  • Make sure to include a copy of your original invoice, but make sure to keep the original for your records. If you created an account during your original purchase you can obtain a copy from your account.
  • Tracking numbers are important, so make sure that you have it recorded somewhere prior to sending your item back to us.
  • Once we receive the item back we'll finish processing your return within 3-5 business days.

  • Refunds are issued in the original form of payment.
